Programs are sold during the Miss Rodeo New Mexico Pageant. Each magazine
contains information about the current pageant, contestant information
and photos, reigning royalty information, Judges information, advertisements
and more. Funds raised are used to cover the cost of the program and
other pageant expenses. The target sales goal for each contestant is
$500, but more will be graciously accepted.
All ads are considered a donation and are 100% tax deductible! A “Top-Hand” award
will be presented to the contestant who raises the most funds from advertisements
sold.
Each young lady should print out copies of the advertising
specification forms, print their name on the “Contestant Name” line of
the Advertiser/Sponsor Information Sheet, and present all 4 pages to
businesses and organizations. The forms have complete information on
ad sizes, prices, format specifications and contact information.
Please remember this information:
- Print out a good supply of the Ad Packets and print your name on
the “Contestant
Name” line of the Advertiser/Sponsor Information Sheet for each
packet, before you go out to sell.
- Begin selling to other businesses as soon as possible. Provide each
with an Ad Packet. Follow-up when needed.
- Submit the ads directly to
Spurred to Action Agency.
- Submit the ads as soon as possible – do not wait until just
before deadline. This will allow Spurred To Action Agency time to do

- Checks should be made payable to: MRNM Pageant. You may send payment
with the ad to Spurred To Action Agency, or forward it separately to

If you send payment to Wilma, please make sure to indicate the size
of the ad
sold and the exact name of the advertiser.
